Our student community exists to Love God and Love students. We believe in living in community and doing life together as following Christ transforms us. No matter who you are, where you come from, or what you believe there is a place here for you!
W.O.W. (WORSHIP ON WEDNESDAYS)
IN THE YOUTH ROOM
Worship on Wednesdays in the youth room are all about Loving God and Loving Students. We believe in worship, prayer and transformation. W.O.W is designed to give everyone a place to belong. Students are welcome to come no earlier than 5:00 pm and fellowship.
Worship will be from 6:30 – 8:00 pm for grades 7-12.
Children’s Ministry
“Train children in the right way, and when old, they will not stray.” – Proverbs 22:6
Children are an essential part to our ministry at FUMC Ada, and we believe that by including them in our ministry, they will grow in faith and love and in their relationship with Christ. We have many Sunday School classes for ages newborn through sixth grade. On Sunday mornings, after the children’s moment, we have Power Up where children from Pre-K to 3rd grade can learn a more age appropriate witness to the word. We believe children should be integrated into the worship service, so that when they are able to profess for themselves, they will not stray.
